Processing
How long does processing take?
Each piece is handmade with love. Additionally, each piece undergoes an intentional process of energetic clearing and Reiki charging. All orders are currently pre-orders. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing before your order will be shipped out. For custom orders, a specific timeframe will be provided for you.

Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?
Shipping may take up to 7-10 business days, after processing timeline is complete.
Please be mindful of the current shipping delays occurring due to COVID.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you process returns or refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds or returns. That said, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right for you. If a mistake is made with your order, we will cover the shipping costs both ways.
Can I make an exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange, note that all products must be returned in the same condition that they were received. Items should not be worn and should be in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to make an exchange, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All purchases on custom items are final.
Jewelry
Will the jewelry irritate my skin?
All pieces are made with gold filled chain and wire. Although some pieces may include small parts that are gold plated. This will be specified in the product description. All pieces are made safe for sensitive skin, lead and nickel free.
Will my piece look just as pictured?
We do our best to accurately represent each piece. There are innate variations within each piece, as the stones are naturally occurring and many of the stones are hand cut; additionally, each piece is handmade. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
How should I wear my piece?
We recommend wearing the pieces against your skin, whenever possible for full effect.
How can I order a custom piece?

Sizing
What ring size should I order?
When ordering rings please order your standard ring size. Currently half sizes are not available.
Bangles have sizes?
Bangles have sizes just like rings! When determining your size, take into account both the size of your wrist and the size of your hand. As the bangle will need to go over your hand to sit on your wrist.
